Kenya is the returning point for Black Americans
Unknown & untold to African/Americans the dream place that African/American have dreamed is Kenya  Safari Initiative is the Blue Print to bring African/Americans & Africans together 1st in Africa is Kenya
Dear President Dr. William Ruto and Honorable Kenya Legislators,

I am writing to propose an essential piece of legislation—the “Safari Homecoming Celebration Act.” This initiative, suggested by Anthony “Amp” Elmore, seeks to foster cultural integration between Africans and African Americans. While we identify as Americans, our unique history and culture set us apart from mainstream American society. As African Americans, we carry a rich heritage that deserves recognition and accommodation.

Key Points:

Cultural Integration: The act aims to bridge the gap between our African roots and our American identity. By acknowledging and celebrating our distinct cultural practices, Kenya can create a welcoming environment for African Americans.

Missed Opportunities: Kenya’s tourism and marketing efforts predominantly target the white tourist market. However, this approach overlooks the immense buying power of African Americans—a multi-trillion-dollar market. By embracing African American visitors, Kenya can tap into this economic potential.

Formal Recognition: African Americans have never received a formal state reception in Kenya. Elmore proposes that legal laws be enacted to recognize African Americans as family. This recognition would pave the way for meaningful changes that accommodate our unique history and culture.
The Tom Mboya/African American Museum: Elmore envisions a groundbreaking institution—the Tom Mboya/African American Museum Education, Cultural, and Entertainment Center. This center would honor African American history and culture, fostering understanding and appreciation.

Black Cultural Safaris: African Americans are less interested in traditional safaris focused solely on wildlife. Instead, we seek cultural safaris—opportunities to connect with Africans in cities, celebrate family, enjoy authentic African cuisine, and make lasting friendships.

Affordable Cultural Packages: Kenya can offer African American visitors local rates and culturally immersive packages. Similar to layaways in the United States, these options would allow travelers to save money while experiencing the richness of Kenyan culture.

Small Businesses and Cultural Safaris: Beyond major hotels, independent caterers and small businesses can play a crucial role in providing authentic experiences. Cultural safaris should extend beyond wildlife encounters to include interactions with local communities.
Church Groups and Praise: Elmore suggests that church groups from both countries could travel to Kenya, praising together and strengthening bonds. Spiritual connections can enhance cultural understanding.

Trade Opportunities: Elmore aims to establish trade between Kenya and African American markets. Kenyan products designed for our community could create economic growth and mutual benefit.

Formal Welcome: Elmore emphasizes the need for legal recognition. Kenya could award African Americans with a “Welcome Home” certificate or honor, symbolizing their integration into Kenyan culture.

In summary, the Safari Homecoming Celebration Act represents an opportunity for Kenya to lead the way in recognizing and embracing African Americans as part of their extended family. Let us work together to create a more inclusive and culturally vibrant future.
